Conservation Course by Martin E. Weaver

image of MEW During the early 1970s, Martin E. Weaver was invited by Jacques Dalibard then Head of the Government of Canada's Restoration Services Division, to come to Canada and prepare and teach a course in heritage conservation to all the professional personnel of the Division. This included approximately 100 professionals, administrators, architects, engineers, landscape architects, archaeologists, historians, and technicians.

For this purpose, Martin prepared a great deal of teaching material that was not readily available nationally or internationally.
